I'm exploring a slightly divergent use of this list. PLEASE GIVE FEEDBACK.

So far, the value of our connection here on Meet Up.com is largely in a potential state. There seems to be slightly more activity in recent weeks and months then there has been in some time. I'm very excited about that, and look forward to it evolving into more face-to-face interactions around growing and benefiting from an integral community in San Diego.

In the meantime, I'm going to run this test. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK. What do you think about using this list for personal requests such as job offerings, roommates/housing wanted, and other such community chatter?

I want to respect the space of this mailing list as a place to bring people together who share an interest in things Integral. What do you think, is this an appropriate use? Let's use this as a pulse check as well, how many of you out there are receiving these messages? RSVP :-)

Recovering quadriplegic hiring for caregiving assistance to work in a dynamic and focused creative environment.

Client is a youthful, bright and energetic quadriplegic who relates to his injury and life as opportunity for meaningful growth, learning, and development. The environment is focused on generating healthy and loving transformative change in individuals, systems, and the emergence of a richer more compassionate world.

Caregiving or healthcare experience is great but not necessary. Just be clear, attentive, and interested to learn!

Assistant provides personal hygiene and procedural care, driving to and from appointments, is involved with recovery therapy, heavy lifting (100+ pounds), cooking, light cleaning, assisting with errands and tasks, laughter, silence, carrying on and more. 

Work is based in the North Encinitas/South Carlsbad area. Pay is good for industry and discussed upon favorable interview.
