An afternoon with different activities... join us!  Pick a time that fits you.  Stay for the activities you want to enjoy!

1:00pm until ... we write a song!

Gather together to talk about songwriting, and to find common interests in producing original music & videos, and getting music onto the internet.

Styles can be anything from pop to rock to classical to jazz, and include influences from around the world. There are many talented people in the group.

We can also network for skills that we might need, such as specialty instruments (bass guitar, violin, cowbell [!], etc.). It's easier than most people think to create a song, record it, and make it available for others to listen to.

No musical experience necessary. Creative minds required.

2pm until... food is served!

Cook ddeokboki and/or Korean-style pancakes... demo by our host, along with "hands-on" practice for those who want to try.  See photos and video below of our first "class".  We decided to make a similar batch of dishes, for those who didn't get to make it the first time.

2:30pm - 4:30pm - Korean language learning & exchange

Beginners welcome, along with others at all levels.  We will form different groups, based on the attendees.  The host will be getting new materials from South Korea a few days before the class, from a top university.  She also is very enthusiastic to share cultural knowledge!  This is a great opportunity to learn.

There is no cost to attend.

It was great! There were a comfy group of people there and there were food, music, and some singing.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
