Hike the Beaudry Loop, Verdugo Mountains

Difficulty: easy

Distance: 6 miles round trip

Elevation Gain: 1300 feet

Time: 2+ hours

Join me for this easy conditioning hike at Glendale. We will walk on a fire road trail for the most part of the hike. On a clear day, we can get nice views of the San Gabriel Mountains and LA skyline. The hike is gently graded, but there’s very little shade. Bring enough water, hat and sunscreen.

Direction:

From SGV, take 210-W, Take exit 17B for La Crescenta Ave, and turn left. Turn right toward Oakmont View Dr, then turn left onto Barnes Cir. Turn right onto Beaudry Terrace, park on the street, and no permits is required.
