Patty was born into Minnesota’s first Family of Jazz, The Petersons. Patty is a dynamic vocalist and radio personality as well as an inspirational and motivational speaker, host on KBEM Jazz 88 and a mainstay in the radio jingle and voice over industry. She is forging a career on the national motivational speaker circuit.

There was a time a few years ago when this acclaimed vocalist could barely listen to music, much less sing. That was in the weeks following a life-threatening cardiac emergency called aortic dissection. She is presently writing a book about her life story, which talks about the main reason we are all here – and that is to “Live Your Gift”.

Patty has also branched out in becoming a spiritual teacher and healer, and has become a strong voice in utilizing Integrative Medicine in our lives. Patty became a minister in the fall of 2004, and has been speaking and performing ceremonies since that time.
