URUBU's Ecstatic Dance Revolution presents an evening of Tantric Trance Dance™
You are invited to join Seth Newman and his band, the URUBU Collective, for an evening of conscious dance, celebrating yourself, honouring your body and life energy, and nourishing your heart.
We will dance and breathe ourselves into Being, being present in our bodies and opening to life. This evening will include a blindfolded Tantric Trance Dance™ where you are invited to stretch and play at your edges...
and maybe just beyond! Come prepared to sweat!!

Dance has always been a doorway to the soul or `Spirit within', and this event is designed to connect us to the healing powers of Spirit, while being nourished and grounded by the Earth.
This is an evening of Tantric Alchemy featuring the amazing Live music of the URUBU Collective.
Tribal Drumming, Sensual Sax, Guided Meditation plus much more!!
About the facilitator:
Seth Newman is a graduate of the Art of Being© tantra training, and a certified Trance Dance facilitator. His work integrates Bioenergetics (Body centred therapy), Breathwork, Authentic Movement and Tantric principles.

Loved it. Got into the Wave this time more than before, usually still have lots of cluttering thoughts about it but was aware this time of dropping into it, or rather, was aware of the times when intermittently being disturbed by mental 'white noise.' Wow. Very relaxed today. Great evening, thanks to all the participants, to Urubu for the amazing music and especially to Seth for making it feel such a safe space. Very contained xxx
