The question comes down to this:

What do you feel about your body?

And what do you feel about other peoples body’s?

And what do you feel about your own body with or without your clothes on? And what would you feel about other peoples bodies with or without clothes on?

This experiential workshop will give you the invitation to take your clothes off, consciously. And to tune in to if it matters to you to take your clothes off and dance naked.

And if it matters for you to keep some clothes on, what’s really important and what might take more courage is to keep some clothes on!

Welcome to SACRED NAKED!

Dance your truth and honour what is right for you moment to moment!

Please note: there is no physical touch whatsoever in this class. But it is most likely to have some nudity.

Sacred Naked is facilitated by Seth Newman who brings 20 years experience of group work, Tantra, Bioenergetics, humanistic psychotherapy and active meditation. Seth brings a holistic approach to his work with groups and individuals.
