THE PLAN: We will start from the Mishe Mokwa trailhead (WHICH HAS TWO PARKING LOTS AND ROADSIDE PARKING, TOO).
About 1 & 1/2 miles in, we will stop for lunch at Split Rock picnic area. Then we will continue another 2 miles to Tri-Peaks, play and explore multiple tunnels and caves, including the 5-Exit-Inner-Chamber. EXPECT THREE HOURS OF TRI-PEAKS EXPLORATION. AND bring a headlamp JUST IN CASE!!
We then loop back to our skateboards via the Sandstone Peak trail
AFTER HIKE MUNCHING: at Neptune's Net, bottom of the mountain at PCH and Yerba Buena Road.
