PART TWO OF REX'S SATURDAY ANGELES FOREST ADVENTURE:

This is a neat new discovery for me. STARTING AT 5:00PM, We climb uphill on the shady tree-covered north slope of Mount Disappointment on a wide paved road for 2 miles. ELEVATION GAIN IS 600 FEET. Some deer may taunt us into taking their pictures. They are so Hollywoood!
Then we meet the Bill Reily single track trail which loops back for around 2 miles down to our cars through a pine forest.
After we drive back to town, dinner is pizza slices at L Canada Imports on Foothill Blvd next to the 7-11.
