21:00 - 22:00: 10 minute presentation by Tom Leacy, owner of Spainwide Business Services and Guirileader and Anna Kemp, director of the Open-Air Theatre Project.
Our presentation will focus on one of the ways the Guiripreneur group is seeking to provide assistance and support to its members for 2014 through active collaboration in their projects. As a first step in this new direction, we have been working directly with Anna to help her develop her open-air theatre project in Laroles in the Alupujarra mountains in Granada. Anna in turn will be reporting on progress with the theatre to date and we will also be introducing one of the first fruits of our collaboration which we are provisionally calling "The Guiripreneur Retreat" planned for March of this year in Laroles. Designed specifically for Guiripreneurs, this is more than just a trip. It is a total weekend immersion program in village life with workshops, active collaboration in the theatre and other local businesses, a talk on the history of the village and sustainability for the future, as well as musical and theatrical entertainment provided by some of the local artists. Through these activities, we will be focusing on and talking about questions of growth, sustainability, community and alternative notions of success as entrepreneurs.
Then, for those who wish, we will go together to a bar nearby to finish the night, eat for some, and keep on talking as it always happens !
As entrepreneurs from all over the world, we all believe in changing the world one small company/startup/project at a time.
These talks and activities are made to bring us ideas and tools to work better.
