Want to be a sponsor of our group? Your video commercials will go here. We accept shooting and editing video works.

Please feel free to use our "Message Board". Posts should be Chinese-related or jobs-related, and it is not for advertisements. Please save these email addresses to your email "Contacts" to avoid our group emails going to your spam box: "snowwhitewaitinn@yahoo.com".

Private Mandarin classes are available upon request. Our group recommends this text book for advanced Chinese learners.

Nobody gets paid to work here. It is not what our group can do for you but what you can do for our group. Stalkers and Hijackers are not welcome. This is not an information desk. Here are some things you need to know before jumping into the fusion. Most of time we throw free meetups. Our members do have some responsibilities in order to stay with us. If you have any questions about our group policies please ask ahead before coming to our Meetup.

  • Please update your reservation before the date of your meetup and show up on time as a team player. We usually hang out over dinner or coffee before a meetup. Not late people accept. If you are not interested in the socializing with others in coffee shops and restaurants, this group may not fit you. If you could not make to the coffee or dinner, just simply cancel your reservation. We are team players. Show up on time with your positive attitude. The number of attendees is not the only thing we are after--being polite and respectful is more important to us.
  • If you are considered a spammer you will be removed from our mailing lists and group entirely. We may do this if you do not have a profile picture uploaded, have not filled out the profile questions, requested information for a meetup or commented on a meetup which you are not going to attend, suggested a meetup or a schedule then you could not make it, missed the 3 meetups that you had reserved, do not appreciate the work of our volunteers, or cannot be reached by email and phone.... Please remember we are here for fun. Suggested Meetup, Message Board and Comments are for our old members only. If you haven't attended any meetups yet, please get the vibe with our group first. Advertising must have the organizer's agreement. You will be required to attend and host the event(s) you have suggested.
  • There are no membership fees due for our members. $5 event fees will be applied to the no-show members, non-members-Guests (Family members and first time guests could get event fee waved), Late people(over 15 minutes). Walk in people or the members do not appreciated our volunteers work. Our volunteers love to see your positive comments. We encourage donations to help keep our group running. Our group has costs such as Meetup monthly charges, website maintenance, transportation fees, Paypal costs, location bookings, drinks, light snacks, promotions, etc. You could make a donation at Paypal anytime to this email: "snowwhitewaitinn@yahoo.com". Your support and positive attitude are helpful all the time.
  • Please do not collect email addresses from our group for other organizations or for personal group use. Profiles should not contain advertising and wanton pictures. Please report to Meetup (support@meetup.com) if you know somebody doing that. Anyone who attends eight consecutive events qualifies for a prize from our group.
  • Cross post is possible, please discuss with organizers.
  • The group organizer takes no responsibility and will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the posted events. Some events are inherently dangerous and accidents will happen. By joining the club or participating in any events posted on our club, you are taking responsibility for your own safety and well-being.

How to recognized Stalkers and Hijackers:

  • Acting anxiously. Telling attendees how boring and how much worse the current venues and meetups are. Promoting their "favorite" groups. Encouraging others to leave.
  • Interested in the event information only. Leaving the ongoing meetup after they get the necessary information. Also taking other people away with them.
  • Like to pretending late and ask events information from the host or attendees. You could never expect them show up.
  • Post negative messages to turn away and turn down the people.
  • Having at least one stalker with them to assist their actions.
  • Kidnapping carpoolers, stalking beside or inside the main group. Hijackers main group when the host is busy with someone or something.
  • Usually they are not single or unavailable but pretending to have a strong interest in looking.

Common questions:

Why we don't post the final location on the website?
If we post a bar or club, how people fine each other? Phone wont work at such lousy place. You will have to turn off it in a class or meditation. If we could not find each other and have not chatting time, only focus on dance, sailing, mediation... activities. At the end of meetup, you found yourself still along or hang out with your old friends. What the meetups for?

How many people show up?
If we all show up on time in the same place you could see by yourself. Do not direct people to different location and accept their late excuses. If they stuck on traffic or parking then other people are the same. If they show up earlier than others and could not find the group, then they have to be patient and keeping smile on their face. We could never find them if they are not interested in social with us in the coffee shops or restaurants.
