OpenStreetMap Mapathon at the Zoo

Details

We're throwing a mapping party at the St. Louis Zoo (http://www.stlzoo.org/) as part of the OpenStreetMap US Summer Mapathon (http://openstreetmap.us/2015/07/summer-mapathon-bingo/) weekend.

Join us to improve the zoo in OpenStreetMap (http://www.openstreetmap.org/) - the free, editable map of the world - while visiting with birds, bears, big cats and more!

No experience required - we'll get you set up with an OpenStreetMap account and teach you the basics. We'll also be handing out OpenStreetMap BINGO (https://c1.staticflickr.com/1/439/18875377873_968818d547_z.jpg) cards to help you have a maptastic rest of your summer.

Directions from Steve!

We'll be meeting in Classroom 3 within The Living World around 2pm. Here's how to get there:

Enter the North Entrance (the entrance closer to the art museum, not the highway). Walk into the Living World building, past the theater and down the stairs, under the great white shark and the giant squid. Follow the signs to the classrooms, in front and to the left as you come down the stairs. Classroom 3 is the second right after you enter the hallway.

Parking at the Zoo is $15. Parking in Forest Park is mostly free. See you soon!
