What we’re about
This group started very well, with some great events and a lot of buy-in from the geospatial community. Great networking opportunity.
Unfortunately, thanks to certain world events, this group became inactive, not posting any new events during that time or afterward. It never picked up again.
We have missed out on so many amazing geospatial events, conferences, speakers, and more because many of us just simply didn't know they were happening.
The previous organizer stepped down, so I am stepping up. If you have an event or hear about something that might interest our group, please let me know and I will post it. If you are interested in becoming an event host--for example, you regularly host a series of events, or you are just very plugged-in and have tons of ideas--I will joyfully make you an event organizer and you will be able to post all of the events you want to!
