Twilight Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation

Come stretch your fingers up to the sky and root into the earth. Feel how settled the mind and body can become in meditation after an hour of yoga in the outdoors. It's magical.

If it is looking really chilly or rainy, we will meet inside at 409 Cumberland Avenue as we have been (look for posted change).

All levels Yoga, 6:15pm-7:15pm

Bring: a yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable warm clothing.

Mindfulness Meditation, 7:15pm-7:45pm

20-30 minute guided sit followed by a short talk/discussion on some aspect of mindfulness (eg- neuroscience, research, readings/poetry, etc).

Donations-based.
Suggested donation= $10.

Repeating every Thursday.
