The past, present, and future of web apps with Erik Bryn

We're thrilled to welcome Erik Bryn, a core member of the Ember.js team, to this month's meetup.   Follow him on twitter at @ebryn or visit his website at http://erikbryn.com/.

About This Meetup

There is an evolution underway with the way web applications are written. The move away from server generated HTML to fully client-side JS applications has ushered in richer user experiences, more competitive to those of native apps. Erik will talk about how we got where we are today and where he thinks we're going.

About Erik

Erik is a member of the Ember.js core team. He's a consultant that has spent the last two years helping companies like Square and LiveNation build ambitious Ember applications. He's currently spending the summer in Chicago, but has lived in San Francisco for the past six years.

Excellent talk by Erik. I was also very happy to have such a good Q/A afterwards. Maybe the best part for me was how a lot of people hung out afterwards and talked about JS.
