Jhannyn is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, lifelong student of yoga, and dedicated practitioner of meditation for over 5 years. She completed her training through The Yoga Tree Coop, a program rooted in social justice, inclusivity, and accessibility — values that continue to shape her teaching and presence in the community. She invites students to move at their own pace, listen deeply, and approach practice as both a personal and collective journey toward wholeness.

Start your day with a gentle, beginner-friendly flow that invites you to reconnect with your breath, body, and inner rhythm. We’ll move slowly and intentionally through simple vinyasa-style sequences, pausing for moments of stillness and grounding. Class description: Come in for gentle, non-invasive healing in this 20-minute, lunch-hour Reiki session. I was initiated into Mrs. Takata-style Reiki by New York-based Reiki Master Pamela Miles. Reiki is a form of vibrational medicine - it comes through me as the practitioner, but I don’t direct it. It is deeply relaxing, very similar to a spa-like meditation experience. While you can expect me to hold your head, face and throat area at the beginning, I will hold my hands just above your body for all the other placements. For maximum relaxation you can lie on your back, but if you prefer, you can sit upright in a chair instead.
Teacher Bio: Jacqueline Delibes is a HeartMath Certified Coach, artist, Reiki healer and healthcare writer for an academic medical center. Her work is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and offered with gratitude and sincerity.
