This is our regularly scheduled first Wednesday tech session. At this meetup we will feature three tech presentations. This is an open topic meetup.

Agenda:

There's one 20 minute tech session open for Wednesdays meetup. If you've done something cool lately to share with the MoDevDC community and want to get your name out there as a leading mobile developer, it's yours to grab. Who wants the mantle? First come first serve!

Presiding over this meetup with be Yermo Lamers, CEO and founder of Mobile Dev Partners and our latest MoDevDC co-organizer.

1st presentation: iPad UI Development Tricks

Rollf is an ex video game developer turned iPad contractor. He likes to use his graphics and animation programming skills to breathe life into iPad user interfaces, and will share some of his favorite quick and easy UI development tricks.

2nd presentation: Cross Provider SMS API

Jonathan Madnick is founder of www.usshortcodeswhois.com and www.longnumbers.com. Jonathan will present a service API he designed and had developed that allows an application provider to access SMS services from Twilio, Voxeo (SMSified), TSG Global, Nexmo and in the future other communications providers using a single simple REST interface based on the GSMA OneAPI standard.
