It's time to include moms with infants in the Moms In Motion programing!
This is a trial 2 week session with the goal of working out the kinks and fine tuning a formal mom & baby Spring program. We'd love to have you be a "guinea pig" and get in a FREE workout with baby at the same time.
Traditionally, Moms in Motion has helped moms carve out time for themselves with fitness training. It's my hope to address this important part of a woman's life when baby can come along.

Program goals:
• Get moms of 6 weeks - 1 yr old infants out of the house
• Build the endurance and core strength moms desperately need
• Play with baby on the mat as you workout your core
• Interact with other moms who can relate with your challenges and joys
This workout will include a warm up, walking or running, and a mat style core workout that engages baby. Bring a baby carrier or stroller, a mat for core work on the grass, water, fitness shoes/clothes and your positive attitude. All levels welcome and challenged.
Please invite friends and encourage them to attend as well, space limited to 12.
