Do you really think Marketing is your only challenge?

First research and  find out who are your potential competitors, what they offer and how much.

If you believe you are competitive, see what they are doing. What you offering is not a new concept, unless you have
enough money to market it, you will have to be patient, offer some incentive for the customers, reselling rights (people
can resell your service for an attractive commission).

Once you start getting customers, offer top notch customer service, and please have a product that works 100% of the time, which usually sucks when it is a one man operation, so  carry your phone everywhere to pose as a 24 hours customer service provider, you will have to fake it all the way, but by fake I mean be a team of people in one person yet providing good customer service, the likelihood is you won't be able to, but a few people can hold on until they get enough money to go to the next tier.

You have a lot web hours before you even start thinking growing.

My opinion if you are on the budget: try going for the computer illiterate or with very little knowledge just starting discovering the
whole eCommerce experience, you can't be too technical with them, make as simple as possible, talk all about the non sense how many email accounts they get all this BS that an advanced person know better, but a lay person see as the deal maker.

If you did not star yet, good,,,,,stop and find soemthing else unless you really know what you are doing and know how it works inside out...In this specific case an idea is not enough, not saying you can't do it, just saying it is highly unlikely you can do it., unless enough money is on the table and you get the right people to handle, you must have a plan, at least some ideas of the order of the steps you have to take.

A name in this case is just as good as the good, name recognition at this point of the game isn't your biggest concern because  it will take time. When was the last time you heard anyone from your target market say" I will get the service of this well known company called bla bla", of course you may know most of people will google something along these lines" Cheap complete websites for small business"....

But of course you may know all these details by now.....I am babbling away for no reason.
