I will comment on your idea for building a framework.

Justinmind is $20 a month????  I will recommend Serif Webplus, it has a bit of a learning curve, but it is very flexible when comes to building  a mock up, actually a lot people use
to build  functional websites, I don't like for website as it is too heavily coded, but for a functional wireframe or simply a dummy mock up it is excellent
and you pay only once.

There are tons of youtube tutorial, although it is very intuitive. I am still using version 2, however it six is out already, much better than what I have, they have been out there for a while , they have done a lot work on it,
it is community based and oriented development.

Unless you are very good explaining or drawing it is very unlikely someone will grasp your concept you will be wasting money and time, I recommend you do the first drafts, rest assure you will not be happy with the first few you come up with. Eventually your ideas will be perfected so will you, you will get better.

Search google images using keywords related to what you want for some visual inspiration.

Just consider that hiring someone to do ir for you, you will have to invest just as much time.....been there done that.

Hope everyone is doing well.

The question pertains to the most optimal use of initial funds for a start-up on Day 1.

Finally able to focus some on a new start-up I believe has merit. Obviously, this idea will take more than the $10K to get started but looking for different technical perspectives on the optimal way to start. Consider the money initial seed funding as it were.

Ideally I would like to have a beta/demo/video something to show other (thus making it real) so they can begin to see the vision for themselves.

Would you start with wireframing? Use something like

Having someone do the wireframing, what would be a reasonable range of hourly charge for someone domestically? (Even though I have used overseas outsourcing, I believe it to be best utilized for specific functions)

Better off starting with a completely non-technical video? (My limited intelligence has pretty much guaranteed that I will not be breaking new ground technically lol)

Really looking for some insightful perspective to consider as well as any recommendations.

In case it is space dependent, consider it  music-social space.

Thanks for any feedback.
