It's not "noise about nothing". It's not "whining", nor is it "bitching". It's a serious (albeit non-life-threatening) problem which keeps on occurring and re-occurring and re-re-occurring in the cultural landscape of this country. And as long as people dismiss this as "noise", "bitching", "whining", "moaning", it will keep on occurring. U
sually the next phrase that emerges when such issues are raised is "get over it"...that, and "you're too sensitive".

When we know better, we do better. It may be a meme, but that doesn't mean it's something to just pooh-pooh over...because many a true word is spoken in jest, and there are deeper implications to this.
