As you said, without a survey or something one cannot be 100% sure, but I personally would think that this is an illustration of the 90:9:1 Rule in full effect. It seems that it were ever thus.

I hope you (and indeed all list members who were turned off by the events of today, which were actually an aberration and not a usual occurrence) reconsider your involvement and instead stay...but if you do not, as CNN's Richard Quest would say, "whatever you're up to in the hours ahead, I hope it's profitable."
