Do you like Beer, Sake, Whisk(e)y or Wine? How about a Vodka or Gin Martini? Then this is the Meetup for you.
This group began as a Beer group. I also used to organize the NYC Sake Enthusiasts and NYC Whisk(e)y Enthusiasts. It just made sense to combine all three into one group, and have invited the members of those groups to this one. Welcome!
Although the emphasis will be on Craft Beer, I will now be adding Sake and Whisk(e)y events to the calendar. I also welcome any and all suggestions and notification of any Alcohol related event in the Metropolitan NYC area.
I post a lot of events monthly. As an example, I posted 76 events during the month of March 2011 alone. This can create a lot of email traffic, so I've created a tutorial on how to cut down on the amount of emails here.
