The yoga classes at Yoga at The Commons will include vinyasa, sivananda, gentle yoga and prenatal yoga.? Gentle, Vinyasa and Sivananda classes are appropriate for beginners as well as those with a regular practice, with the gentle yoga especially appropriate for those students with joint injuries or who are in need of a more restorative practice.? Prenatal classes are appropriate for women throughout any stage of their pregnancy.? All of our teachers are certified yoga instructors.? More information (including schedule) on:?

Many of us have enjoyed attending the great workshops and events at The Commons.? How fortunate we are to have a beautiful space like this in our community!? The mission of Yoga at The Commons is to bring affordable yoga to the surrounding community, with special interest in bringing together the many activists who utilize the Commons for their work in a supportive and healing environment.? Those of us who spend so much time and energy fighting the good fight are often in need of some supportive, stress-relieving exercise and relaxation.? We extend a special welcoming to NYC Permaculture Meet-up members who would like to come check it out.?

Hope to see you soon!
