Running agile projects under "traditional" fixed-scope contracts is often a recipe for disaster. Both customers and suppliers should be aware of the implications of running things in agile manner, but too often they aren't - which generates unnecessary misunderstandings and even, at times, legal litigation.
It'd be good to spread the word about pitfalls, what changes and what doesn't and what types of contracts are there already.
