Palm Beach Plein Air Artists are sponsored by Palm Beach Watercolor Society and we have paint-outs twice a month from October to May on the first and third Tuesday. The Paint-Outs are immensely enjoyable. If you have never painted outside, it can be a bit intimidating. But it is an enormous amount of fun when you go with a compatible group, and the people who go with the Palm Beach Watercolor Society are so much fun. They have it down to a science. They have their carts, loaded with supplies to go many different places. Judy Thurau cooridinates the paint outs fopr PBWS; she has such a flair for Plein Air painting and makes it so much fun. She is so welcoming to everyone. Once people paint with us, they can’t wait to come back. We plan going to many places in Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Counties and have a lot of fun.
