To support each other and share experiences about practicing and living the arts of Tai Chi and Qigong. The path is often times hard to follow, and the journey is long, but simply by being aware that there are others out there makes you realize that you are never alone. Share knowledge and wisdom for growth and support. Even if you have never done tai chi or qigong, or even heard of taoism, but you are interested in these arts from the martial art or health/wellness benefits, then you should still come and share your experiences and check it out.
