Raw and Juicy Weekend Retreat

From: Goddess
Sent on: Thursday, February 28, 2013, 10:08 PM

Hello my Rawlicious SisterGoddesses and Brothers from Another Mother,

Tomorrow is the last day to sign up for this juicy and fun retreat with SisterGoddess Erin from Ecuador at our early bird rate of $150.00 - after that the rate goes up to $350.00 for a most OMazing weekend of food fun and fabulousness.

Here is a little something from SisterGoddess Erin to tempt your taste buds:

Last night I made my famous Raw Cacao Pudding - and honestly, it's so packed with Cacao that we jokingly call it the "Crack-cao Pudding" and we take caution to not eat too much at night. Perhaps it would be best to eat it for breakfast?? :)

I'd love to share this recipe with you so that you can make it for YOUR friends as an instant crowd pleasure! And if you don't have Irish Moss - no worries - you can actually make this recipe without the Irish Moss. I personally LOVE Irish Moss because of all the benefits:

It is an excellent source of life-enhancing nutrients such as sulphur, protein, iodine, bromine, beta-carotene, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, zinc, pectin, B-vitamins and vitamin C. You can put it in your smoothies, raw desserts, chia pudding, oat groat oatmeal, the possibilities are endless!!

Onto the recipe:

Blend or put in food processor:

2 ripe avocados
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 cup irish moss blend
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Once that is creamy add:

1/2 cup cacao powder
1 tablespoon maca (optional)
1 tablespoon lucuma (optional)

Feel free to top with fruit, cacao nibs (yes more chocolate!), or coconut shavings! Doesn't that look heavenly?

Enjoy this recipe and I look forward to sharing so much more with you in just a couple of months!!"
