Hey RPS Meetup members,

Many of us volunteer, attend and run events for Dreamation one of our two local annual conventions in NJ. I was able to book a room a few back, no problem. I always have a blast.

Yours truly will be running the Mongoose edition of Traveller. I included the descriptions of these events in this email. Of course everyone is welcome but I do recommend pre-registering for the event and you do of course need to sign-up for the convention. Generating your own character is fine but please email me for guidelines.

Event info:

R278: Traveller; "District 268" presented by Ben Forest. You have been hired to conduct some "business" and pick up a payload in District 268, which is outside Imperial Space. The pay is good and the company is providing the ride. The ad said, "Preference given to those with a military experience (but not required) and who those who have shown they can keep a cool head. Thorough background, psych and physical required but willing to be creative with right candidate." Saturday, 2:00PM - 6:00PM; One Round; All Materials Offered. Beginners Welcome; Fun, Under 18 Requires Parental Clearance.

R292: Traveller; "A Blast From the Past" presented by Ben Forest. An old "friend" gets the company to loan your ship and it's crew to the University of Mora; Office of Field Research - "it's a good P.R. and a tax write-off" - to help in do some sample collecting and historic data fact-checking. Sounds like a easy gig huh. Make sure you bring your wit, ammo and universal translator. Saturday, 8:00PM - 12:00AM; One Round; All Materials Offered. Beginners Welcome; Fun, All Ages.
