Introduction to Healthy Vegan Cooking: Stocks and Soups with Emily Webber
This series of classes explores what every vegan cook should know. Whether you are a dabbling herbivore or strictly follow a plant-based diet, these classes will inspire you to create nourishing and satisfying meat-free meals. Emily will cover the basics of nutrition, equipment, and essential techniques as well as recipes to help you thrive on a whole foods, plant-based diet.
In Stocks and Soups, learn the importance of mise en place – setting up your work area for success, how to stock your kitchen and pantry, and how menu planning will save you time and money. Our menu includes: basic vegetable broth; minestrone soup; cream of mushroom soup, and potato cauliflower leek soup.
