Dinner with Kristin Lajeunesse at The Plum Cafe

Come meet Kristin Lajeunesse of Will Travel For Vegan Food and hear
about her travels across all 50 states. Kristin began her journey at
the end of August, 2011 and she is still on the road. She writes: "I
headed out on a year-long, vegan food focused road trip across the
country. The goal of the trip is to stop in all of the major U.S.
cities to dine at the vegan restaurants. Along the way, I’ll be
writing restaurant updates, interviewing vegan business owners and
entrepreneurs, meeting and dining with new friends, and sharing all of
the random adventures as I go."
True to her word, Kristin will be passing through Sacramento next
Tuesday and she wants to dine with us! Let's give her our best vegan
welcome and meet her for dinner. I'm sure she will have some very
interesting stories and tales to tell.

This was a fun evening. I enjoyed meeting Kristin and all of the vegan/wannabe vegan folks at the event. It was well worth attending and the back patio was toasty warm.
