The hikes will run around 3 hours long depending on how often we stop. We'll follow the path outlined in the book and talk about photography. All hikes will have hills or stairways, so make sure you are dressed to get sweaty and for long walks! You can join us for the whole hike, leave early, or join somewhere along the way.
Photographers of all experiences are welcome. Don't have a DSLR? Just bring your phone.
The purpose of this meetup, besides getting some exercise and some sweet pics, is to foster more conversations about being a photographer. I want this to be a safe space where photographers of all levels can ask questions about photography, and want to learn more about photography even if you have been shooting for years. For those who have a photography business, this is a group where you can talk about any challenges you are facing and get advice from others.
