If you need help making your recipe, we will help.
Bring your favorite Vegan Recipe and Ingredients. Also bring a towel to cover your part of the table, whatever you need to make your recipe; Cutting board, knife, bowl etc., enough ingredients to make a sample size for 35 people, and a platter or however you want to present your dish so 35 people can taste it, and a recipe so we can see the ingredients. Plan a dish with several friends and make it a group effort, if you prefer. You will have ½ hour to make your recipe. I will supply a food processor and blender if needed. There is a stovetop to heat food, and 2 sinks to clean utensils in. After making your recipe, we will then go around and taste everyone's food, and have a discussion on taste senses and how it affects our food.
