HIKE TO PARKER MESA OVERLOOK

AWESOME VIEWS OF THE CITY AND OCEAN BELOW FROM SANTA MONICA TO PALOS VERDES,
This is a MODERATE HIKE / 6 miles roundtrip / 1100 ft elevation gain (KINDA STEEP AT FIRST )
NO rock-climbing... NO poison oak... NO rabid dingoes !!!
LA MARATHON THIS WEEKEND
ROADS CLOSED FROM DODGER STADIUM TO THE SANTA MONICA PIER
YOU'LL HAVE TO TAKE THE 405 TO SUNSET
OR THE 10 FWY TO PCH TO SUNSET

MEET on front of gate entrance to park on Los Liones. Leaving at 10:15AM SHARP!!!.
If you're running late.... you can catch up (we'll be staying at the peak for a while)
Bring at least 1 qt of water
TO THE Hike: the turn to Los Liones is on Sunset; approx 1/4 mile from PCH. Turn left if you came from PCH, or turn right if you came from Pacific Palisades. PLENTY OF PARKING ON LOS LIONES.
Back on the Beach 445 Pacific Coast hwy is approx 2.8 miles back towards Santa Monica from PCH and Sunset, on the beach side. You'll have to PAY for parking in one of the many lots near the restaurant and the ANNENBERG COMMUNITY BEACH HOUSE
