FULL SUPERMOON HIKE / SUNSET / PARTY / TOPANGA LOOKOUT / EASY HIKE

This short 2 mile hike takes us to the TOP of TOPANGA / TOPANGA LOOKOUT platform that we've been to on a couple other hikes...

***LEAVE the West Side by 4:15 PM to give yourself enough time to drive, park, and walk the 1/4 mile to the trailhead.

****You CAN'T park at the parking lot by the trailhead, since there is a parking restriction after 9PM... but there is plenty of parking 1/4 mile down Stunt road...

IF you don't get there by 5:30PM it won't be difficult to find us, take the trail past the gate at the far right of the upper parking lot... (I'll wrap caution tape on the gate) there are 2 "Y"'s on the trail... take the LEFT option in each case. You'll probably be able to see and or hear us also...

the final destination is that GRAFFITI platform just a 1 mile hike from the parking lot, (that's 2 miles round trip) (we've gone to this platform several other occasions on our "Top of Topanga" and "Fossil Ridge" hikes - photo below)

Bring a headlamp if you got it. (preferably the RED light) SUN sets at 6:45 PM and you can still see pretty good until 7:15PM.
