Legacy CodeRetreat #2

Details
A code retreat is a whole day long exercise in pair programming and TDD. Usually, during Code Retreats, we solve Conway’s Game of Life. This time however, we will do something different. An aged legacy codebase awaits you!
Like in real life, you will approach it and experience a broad range of feelings. The ultimate goal is to practice in a low-stakes environment away from the code base that probably torments you at work.
As usual, after each session all code will be deleted. This way, you are free to experiment with any techniques you find necessary.
The registration will start on Monday, the 3rd of June at 20:00 CET. Historically the places for our code retreats filled out pretty quickly, so if you want to attend, don't wait too long.
Please bring your own laptop with a development environment for your favorite programming language set up. Make sure to install some testing libraries and a version control system (preferably Git).
We are going to work on a legacy codebase, so the choice of language is limited to: C#, C++, PowerShell, CoffeeScript, F#, Go, Java, JavaScript, ObjectiveC, PHP, Python, Ruby, Scala, Shellscript and Smalltalk.
