Speakers

Andy Kemp - Andy has been working in software for 15 years. The last 6 have been at ThoughtWorks where he has worked as a tester and project manager across London, San Francisco and Sydney. His latest role is Product Manager for Twist. He has recently started blogging at http://kyndainverse.com

Samit Badle - Samit is a Selenium Committer and author of several Selenium IDE plugins. He is a Oracle Certified Java Programmer, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer and is also a ISEB certified tester.

Dave Hunt - Dave has several years experience with test automation and is a contributor to the Selenium project. He currently works on test automation for Firefox and a number of Mozilla's web properies, and is an active contributor to Selenium.

Andy Smith - Andy has been building websites for over 10 years and runs CanvasDemos.com, a repository for applications which use the HTML5 Canvas element.

    It was an awesome meet up. Interesting people and interesting talks. Dave, thanks a lot for organising.

    Also excited I met Jari, who is the author of watir-webdriver and is working on ruby bindings for webdriver.

    Awesome meetup. Great venue & food & stuff, good conversation (and the wisecracks about Eclipse vs IntelliJ). Definitely want to see the details of how to fly the helicopters with Selenium -- alert the MOD! And the Selenium 2 demo OF mobile testing... sort of, erm, where's the video of that? :)

    It was great to here questions and interest in Twist.
    The Canvas session was cool.
    (Not sure where the rumour that Google paid for the food and drink came from. Maybe we should send them an invoice ;-) )
