Hi everyone, welcome to our weekly face to face classes. We hope to provide an opportunity for people to come together of like minds and hearts and to experience discourses, activations, meditations, sharing's, perspectives, coaching, healing, tools, clearing, loving, growing and laughing. It's for those who are interested in spiritual attainment demystified, for those who are interested in balancing the fluffy spiritual 'it's all just love' outlook so populated within the New Age movement with the heavy over use of the analytical mind used in the therapies so fond of in the West. Everything has their place, yet balance is key, accessing your own innate knowing from the centre of who you are, you will open up and activate a whole new world free and open to limitlessness and possibility.
Classes are co-created with another teacher, James Woods, someone who has a lot to offer in many ways.
You can come every week or as often as you feel, we do ask that you arrive on time so that any processes and sharing's can commence. If you are running late due to London transport and intend on coming, just drop us a text so that we are aware.
We like to make the class accessible to all, and not limit attendance due to financial restraints so we invite you to use your own discernment with what you invest in paying. Below is a guideline for the two hour class.

60 Borough High Street, SE1 1XF. We are in a private office above the shop Urban Moves and next to the shop Insight Guides, brown door and ring the bell, the bell is a bit temperamental so if you don't get an answer, call on my mobile so we can let you in (07905 870460)
Nearest tube station is London Bridge and Borough then Southwark station. Very close to Kings College and Guy's Hospital.
