Hi everyone, I enjoyed our last class which was created as a social connect in, it was nice to hear everyone's perspectives, what they wanted to create for this year and what that meant to them.  It's always amazing the common themes and threads.

I'll be continuing on in this vein for a while, offering a more social class which will continue to evolve.  As I feel it is important to provide a space for people to share of themselves.  All I have is myself, my experiences, my learnings, my heart and there is something deeply humbling, moving and inspiring when you are with people who share of themselves no matter where they are at in their life, crummy and messy on the floor or alive with new revelations and jumping for joy at possibilities they can now see are actually real and ready for the exploring.  To be on the spiritual path is to love, and that is simply what I want to offer, a space for people to come together and share of themselves and to be met with love with no conditions or agenda, just respect, love and kindness to people who show up. 

I may share of myself, my feelings, my revelations, my messes and what I am reaching for to move beyond them, I may reflect back to you what I hear or simply listen so you can hear yourself, as you are the one who knows yourself better than anyone.  That is what we are here for, humanity yearns to connect, to care for each other, to relate, to explore, to grow, to evolve, maybe we can practice here, maybe we can be real and genuine and authentic, that is my hope.

Within our sharings, be aware and mindful of what you bring to class, to be authentic and acknowledging where you are, what you feel whilst aware that everything we say has an energetic resonance that has an effect on ourselves, our futures, the people we are connecting with and beyond.  It's not about fluffing over issues but being truthful whilst hopeful of the possibilities of what if? I wonder? What if I can? and what if it is possible?

This will be a casual meet up, in Costa coffee at the bottom of Waterstones book store, as I am looking for a reasonably priced venue, I'm checking a few out as we speak.  If anyone knows of a venue, office space, lounge etc I would love to hear about it.  As I am not hiring a venue, there will be no fixed price for the class, however a reciprocal energy exchange in the form of a monetary donation that you feel is appropriate is always gratefully received.
