Biodanza Classes for Beginners - 7:30pm every Fri

Heard about Biodanza and wondering what it's about? Then come along and find out at this weekly class for beginners -  no previous Biodanza experience required, open to all. It's fun and easy, and there are no steps to learn - a great start to the weekend!

Increase your joy, vitality and wellbeing, and reduce stress, all while dancing to inspiring world music.

The dances are based on simple movements that are suitable for everyone, regardless of age or level of fitness. You do not have to be a dancer to practice Biodanza – just join in, move and enjoy!

This is an ongoing series of Biodanza classes for beginners every Friday from 7:30pm in the Olive Tree Studio, 15 Grantham St. See map here: Location Olive Tree Studio

Please arrive from 7:30pm to enroll for the class. The studio door is down the concrete steps in the pebble garden.

Bring loose comfortable clothing to dance in and water to drink.

NOTE: Parking is 24-hour paid on Grantham St, but is free in certain places from 7pm on Heytesbury St, just off the end of Grantham St. READ THE PARKING SIGNS WELL!

Classes are €15 each, or €10 for unwaged.
