Welcome to the Twin Cities Shyness & Social Anxiety Meet-up Group!
Do people say "You're quiet" ? Has anxiety in social situations made your life difficult?
Our primary goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where members, like you, may share similar thoughts, emotions, experiences and resources, and to break isolation. Here, we provide social outings (community events, restaurants, movies, museums, amusement parks, etc.). With these resources, we hope that you will be able to increase your comfort zone and expand your social network in a calm, comfortable, controlled environment.
We're about friendship, learning from each other, exchanging ideas, realizing that we're not alone in our feelings & experiences.
