So... Maybe Facebook, Google+, Picasa, and so on weren't as secure and private as you thought... Maybe you're hiding from the FBI, NSA, CIA, KGB, MI6, or the RIAA, but you still want to blog... Diaspora might be perfect for you, and it might be perfect for me, too, but I don't know because I haven't built one. Let's try it together! I'll try to get time to do some scouting so I can lead the way, rather than hosting a purely peer-to-peer event.
