PLEASE JOIN US AT DU20 HOLISTIC OASIS in downtown Delray Beach- at * * *5pm * * * on SUNDAYS!!! As an addition to location change, we will also be adding the touch of LIVE MUSIC sound healing in savasana as well as featuring LIVE MUSIC during select classes! Class will remain by donation- (Suggested $10-$15)

Join us every Sunday night for YOGA ON THE BEACH- w/ custom "yoga planks" for the sand!
By Donation! ($10-20 suggested)
Location::: FAR North end of Delray Beach- North of Atlantic Ave... near where the parking on street ends (just south of George Bush Blvd.) - by the catamarans. (You can see the poles from the street) PARK ON THE STREET. (Don't forget quarters for the meters!)
*Look for our black toyota tundra truck with the planks hanging out the back:)
Time:
Class starts at: *time is subject to season to match the sunset. Always check meet-up page or facebook
If you're running late, no worries, come anyway- we usually run on beach time:)

Description:
90 min. Vinyasa flow taught by Jessica Stiehm
OR: 90 min. Yoga-chi by Aaron Erickson! (*Yoga-Chi-Flow is Aaron's unique blend of dynamic vinyasa yoga & some chi-kung/qi-gong elements & techniques)
We have specially made "yoga planks" just for the class on the beach. It's just like practicing on a studio floor! No more jammed up wrists in downdog! Each person gets one, that's why it's important to rsvp- to make sure we have enough.
Class is by donation. (Suggested $10-20) (*please note: lots of love goes into the labor behind the set up and break down of beach yoga with planks!)
*Bring your mat, and if you want, a large sheet or towel (helps keep sand off) and maybe a swimsuit if you want to take a dip in the ocean after class!!
Feel free to INVITE anyone and everyone! Share the love and commUNITY! Nothing like Yoga in the great outdoors, with our drysti to the beautiful ocean...
It's always such a beautiful gathering with such wonderful energy!

**** Additional information/instruction::: ****
* The Sunday-Sunset Beach Yoga class is held every Sunday, unless otherwise noted, in which a notification will be sent out.
* Class is held on the FAR North end of Delray Beach (N. of Atlantic Avenue, just South of George Bush Blvd.) ON the beach, where the hobie cats/catamarans are parked...
* PARKING::Park on the street up near where the meters on the street end... That's where we park, and you will see a black truck toyota tundra with wood planks hanging out of the back. (If you can't get parking all the way up near the north end, that's ok, just walk up) BRING QUARTERS FOR METERS!
* We usually start a little late, as we wait for people, to find parking!... So don't be discouraged if you're ever running behind- just come! The class is around 90 min.
* You need quarters for the meters!
* I suggest wearing/bringing a swimsuit and beach towel:) It's tempting to take a dip after class!
* We have wood "yoga planks" we had made specially for the beach class, cut to fit your mat- we ask if you are able, to pick up your own plank from our truck (black toyota tundra-parked on the street) and bring it down to the beach. (They're not that heavy) Also, bring it back and drop it near the truck after:)
* We have a few extra mats if someone needs one, but make sure and include that if you rsvp, so we don't end up giving them all away
* Please rsvp, as the number of attendees grow, we want to make sure everyone has a yoga plank! Thank you so much!
