Earlier in Mr. Dengler’s career, he won an EMMY award as a Television New Producer. In addition, he formerly served as Chief Counsel of CompuServe Interactive Services, Vice President and Chief Counsel of AOL, Inc., and a partner at Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease. He is also a former instructor in Media Entrepreneurship, Media Law and Media Ethics at Kent State University. Since 2013, Mr. Dengler has been recognized among the “Best Lawyers in America” in Information Technology.
