Eddie Canales, a software engineer here at CrossChx will be giving his talk "Speed Kills: When Faster Pages Mean Less Revenue". Eddie has done this talk a few times, including at OSCON. Eddie was one of the top engineers from Manta, a small business analytics/marketing firm. This is going to be an insightful talk about page speed vs advertising revenue, and the balances associated with application performance.
Pizza and beer will be included. Food will be available by 6:30, and the talk will be at 7:00.
Parking is around the building on the streets, or one of the various local parking lots/buildings. Columbus Commons garage across the street will be available, but it may be cheaper to use a metered spot instead.
