Patent Strategy to Serve Business Goals

Sid will describe how companies of all sizes can develop a patent portfolio strategy to serve their business goals.

He will also lead a review the patenting process and how patents can be used to protect core technologies, processes, and products. The discussion will further outline various examples of patent portfolio implementations. Also, we will briefly explore the topic patent portfolio valuations.

Siddhartha Kamisetti (kamisetti.1@gmail.com) is a practicing patent attorney specializing in performing patent prosecution and portfolio services to a spectrum of companies from StartUps to Fortune 500s. Sid is experienced at performing widely varied patent tasks including patent drafting, claim drafting, portfolio development, forward patenting, ideation, office action response preparation, IP transactional agreement drafting (e.g., licenses, operating agreements, joint venture agreements, etc.).
