thanks everybody for coming, I did talk with way too many people and couldn't talk with all of you - catch me on twitter @javame or on email (toni @ forward.co.uk) if you want to know more about forward, the way we work (http://forwardtechnology.co.uk/) or our "VC" model (http://www.forwardventurepartners.com/).

I was quite disappointed that is was a streaming event from California. Nowhere in the description of the event was this clearly mentioned. A lot of the pre event comments also read like "really looking forward to meeting this or that speaker" well that did not happen...
Next time clearly mention it is a streaming event to manage expectations better. There were really good people at the event - had some great conversations - so too bad if these positive experiences get pushed to the side due to the nature of the event.

Was very kind of the organizers to pull this together and Forward to host. Really nice space for the event. Only downside was that by third session most people had moved into the adjoining room to network. It became a little difficult to hear the presentations so I decided to leave so I could watch the rest at home.

Will not be able to get there at 4pm, but looking forward to taking in the later sessions!

@Lavinia might be worth trying to get in even though the event is full, often people cannot make it but tend to forget to change their status.
