Immerse yourself in a tropical oasis, surrounded by the healing splendor of nature, while indulging in a slow Yoga flow session accompanied by a blend of global music melodies.
This practice isn’t solely about improving flexibility and mobility; it focuses on breathing with movement, building stability, strength, coordination, balance, observation, awareness & deep peace in the embrace of nature.
At the end, enjoy an aromatherapy refresher and a mindful meditation accompanied by a sound healing instrument and the pure sounds of nature.
The teacher will demonstrate poses, techniques, and provide clear instructions, including modifications suitable for all levels to fully enjoy the experience.

CLASS STARTS 9:00 AM ( arrive 8:45 am )
Class is held on the Veranda deck of the museum home and offers incredible nature views. The class duration is 90 minutes, including extended rest with meditationPREPAID $30 : Includes Yoga class, aromatherapy refresher & free private parking. (An inside tour of the Museum is additional)
**Pre-registration is required to secure your spot.*Rain or Shine. In the summer, class is held in the open air, under the covered area of the Veranda deck or garden.
