We’re happy to announce that our next cultural exchange event will be held on Wednesday, June 10th, 2026, in Kamiyacho!
This time, the theme is Nagasaki Prefecture, a beautiful and historically rich area in the Kyushu region of Japan.
Nagasaki has a unique history shaped by international exchange, including connections with Portugal, China, and many other cultures. At this event, you can enjoy learning about Nagasaki through a fun board game, cultural talk, and casual conversation with new friends.
You don’t need any special knowledge about Nagasaki.
Just come, relax, talk, and enjoy discovering a new part of Japan together!

## 🌟 What We’ll Do

### Nagasaki-themed Board Game

We will play a fun Nagasaki-themed board game together.
You can learn about Nagasaki’s culture, food, dialect, and history while talking with other participants.

### Introduction to Nagasaki

We will give a short and easy introduction to Nagasaki, including its history, culture, and local attractions.

### Culture Talk

After the introduction, we will have a casual culture talk.
You can share your impressions, ask questions, and talk with Japanese and international participants.

### Castella Cake

We will also introduce and enjoy Nagasaki castella, one of Nagasaki’s most famous sweets.
Castella was introduced to Japan through Portuguese influence in the 16th century and is now one of Nagasaki’s representative specialties.
