Love romantasy, spicy scenes, fictional crushes, and books that leave you screaming, swooning, or questioning your life choices? You’re in the right place!
📖 How The Book Club Works
One Book a Month: Each month, we’ll choose a book together and work our way through it as a group.
🗓️ A 25% Weekly Reading Goal: We’ll aim to read approximately 25% of our chosen book each week, allowing us to complete one book in roughly four weeks. Since books vary in length and reading difficulty, our pace and schedule can be adjusted to suit the group’s needs.
⏳ Dedicated Reading Time: Every online session begins with 30 minutes of reading time for anyone who hasn’t finished that week’s section. This time can be extended or shortened depending on the book and the needs of the group, so everyone has a chance to catch up before we dive into the discussion.
💬 Weekly Discussions: After our reading session, we’ll discuss that week’s portion of the book. I’ll provide questions to get the conversation started, but everyone is encouraged to bring their own questions, theories, opinions, and hot takes. We’ll focus on the section assigned for that week to avoid spoiling the story for anyone.
☕ Monthly In-Person Meetups: Once a month, we’ll aim to meet in person, provided everyone agrees and we can arrange a suitable time and place.
The goal is to create a welcoming, interactive community where we can enjoy books together, exchange perspectives, discover new favourites, and have fun along the way.
