The QueensJS Ugly Holiday Sweater Meetup Part Deux

COME DECKED OUT IN YOUR WORST (OR BEST) HOLIDAY SWEATER AND WIN A PRIZE!

QueensJS will be hosting our 29th meetup on Wednesday, December 7th, at our usual haunt, Raven’s Head Pub in Astoria on 38th & Broadway, just around the corner from the Steinway MR stop and 7 short streets over from the Broadway NW stop.

Your speakers for the evening are:

• Rachel White (@ohhoe) will be filling our hearts with Cuter and Smarter Bots.

• Francis Gulotta (@reconbot) will either be talking about The Rough Edges of Open Source or singing Christmas carols.

• Mariko Kosaka (@kosamari) will be waxing poetic about How Emoji Became Letters.

QueensJS expects all speakers and attendees to follow the JSConf code of conduct (http://jsconf.com/codeofconduct.html).

RSVPs, due to limited seating, will cost $5. All proceeds go towards charities that work to increase code literacy among NYC youth. There are no refunds, but you are more than welcome to transfer tickets.
